The technical support department is responsible for installing, maintaining, and upgrading of the ICT infrastructure of SOS-Hermann Gmeiner International college  while providing effective and reliable services and support. The primary objective of the Technical support department is to provide and deliver technical support and assistance on both hardware and software for all administrative, staff, and students functions using the latest hardware technology available and software applications.
