A Visit from SOS Lesotho

Representatives from SOS Lesotho recently visited the college to discuss ways to increase enrollment of students from Lesotho into SOS – HGIC. The delegation, which included, Youth Development /Alternative Care Coordinator; Ithabeleng Ramonate; Social Worker, Palesa Khotlele and two  SOS Villages mothers; Ms. Christine Aboke and Ms. Julia Masabata Lepheana, met with the School Leadership Team (SLT) and teachers to explore opportunities for collaboration and partnership.

The team was accompanied by Godknows Kporha, the National Youth Development Advisor, SOS CV Ghana. During their visit, the Lesotho representatives shared information about the opportunities and challenges regarding education in their country. They also highlighted their appreciation for SOS-HGIC’s commitment to academic excellence and discipline.    

The visit was a valuable opportunity for both sides to strengthen their commitment to ensuring students from SOS CV Lesotho are enrolled and successfully complete their education at SOS-HGIC  and achieve their fullest potential.
